Scale AI is building a dedicated technical enablement function for its customer-facing engineering organization (Frontier Agentic Engineers). As Program Manager, Technical Enablement, you will own the full lifecycle of enablement for this fast-growing, strategically critical team—from day-one onboarding through ongoing development as the platform evolves.
Your core responsibilities span three areas:
**Engineering Onboarding & Ramp:** Design and launch a structured, role-based onboarding program that takes new FAE hires from environment setup to meaningful technical contribution within 30 days. Define clear success criteria by role and communicate them to new hires and managers.
**Knowledge Base Governance:** Audit, consolidate, and maintain an authoritative technical knowledge base for customer-facing engineering. Eliminate fragmentation, broken links, and stale documentation. Establish a review cadence with tagged owners and expiration dates. Create a clear hierarchy distinguishing canonical resources from deprecated ones. Work with internal experts to surface the right documentation for the right audience—differentiating what a Day 1 hire needs from what an established engineer needs to go deep.
**Ongoing Technical Development (Everboarding):** Develop and maintain a recurring enablement cadence (live sessions, async updates, release summaries) that keeps tenured engineers current on new capabilities, product changes, and evolving enterprise use cases. Identify readiness gaps through feedback loops and develop targeted content to close them.
**Stakeholder Collaboration & Program Management:** Serve as the embedded enablement partner to FAE leadership, maintaining a close pulse on team needs as the business scales. Collaborate with the broader Enablement team to adapt GTM content for engineering audiences and bring engineering learnings back to the org. Manage multiple concurrent programs with clear milestones, keeping stakeholders informed on roadmap progress and program effectiveness. Report on program health and outcomes to engineering and Enablement leadership.
You will be measured on ramp speed, knowledge base health, and the sustained readiness of the teams you support. This role sits within the Enablement org and partners closely with FAE leadership, Product, Engineering, Sales, and Delivery.
