Aledade is seeking a Program Manager, Strategy & Operations to join the Office of the President. This role serves as the quarterback for the company's Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), driving disciplined execution and operational excellence to meet strategic priorities.
As a strategic operator and internal consultant, you will partner with leaders across the organization to translate high-level vision into actionable outcomes. You will bridge the gap between strategy and execution by fostering cross-functional collaboration, proactively addressing roadblocks, and ensuring teams remain aligned with ambitious goals.
This position offers direct exposure to senior leadership while developing operational expertise. You will be instrumental in ensuring business objectives are translated into successful results, contributing directly to Aledade's mission of empowering independent primary care.
The role is flexible regarding geographic location. Candidates can work remotely within the US or be based from the Bethesda, MD office. This is an excellent opportunity for a strategic operator looking to gain visibility with executive leadership while building a strong operational foundation.
