Figma is seeking a Program Manager to develop and deliver scale customer onboarding experiences for high-volume commercial customers. In this role, you'll own and manage onboarding programs, partner with sales, marketing, and enablement teams to evangelize the program across the organization, and guide customers toward successful onboarding completion.
Key responsibilities include:
- Own and manage scale customer onboarding programs supporting high volumes of commercial customers
- Partner with sales, marketing, and enablement teams to develop and evangelize the program internally
- Guide customer goals and drive high volumes of customers toward onboarding closeout
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and sales to build and optimize scalable customer programs
- Report on metrics and customer feedback to assess onboarding impact and identify new customer initiatives and product opportunities
- Develop content and enablement resources for customer training, education, and product adoption acceleration
- Consult on product and industry best practices to act as a trusted advisor across a high-volume customer base, inspiring new use cases
You'll work closely with leadership to design what scale onboarding looks like at Figma and expand programs to support international sales teams. You'll use metrics, customer feedback, and direct experience to identify new initiatives and materials needed to better engage and support customers.
Required qualifications:
- 4+ years of relevant work experience, ideally in B2B SaaS
- Experience managing customers through onboarding or implementation of technical products
- Demonstrated ability to work with many customers simultaneously and drive successful outcomes through multiple programs
- Strong time management and organization skills
- Comfort speaking with customers across different personas and functions; ability to build and lead large-scale customer webinars in collaboration with marketing teams
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience using or working with Figma or other UX/UI tools
- Ability to thrive in constantly evolving, growing environments
- Proven track record of adapting to new technologies and learning quickly
