Salary: USD 110,000 - 140,000 / annual
Scale AI is seeking a Program Manager for Sales Enablement to join the Public Sector business unit. This role sits at the intersection of GTM strategy and learning design, owning the end-to-end enablement experience for Public Sector sales reps from onboarding through ongoing development.
Key responsibilities include:
**Onboarding & Ramp:** Design and launch a structured, role-based onboarding program for Public Sector new hires across Deployment Strategist and Solution Engineering tracks. Define success criteria by role and utilize the Sales Enablement Platform to deploy learning paths and track completion metrics. Partner with People and BU leadership to ensure seamless handoff after company-wide orientation.
**Ongoing Development:** Launch foundational sales skills training covering proposal writing, discovery methodology, deal qualification, and capture process. Develop and maintain playbooks by motion for Public Sector reps and establish recurring platform capability updates to keep reps current on product roadmap.
**Knowledge Management:** Stand up and maintain the Public Sector GTM knowledge base, hosting sales collateral, templates, pitch decks, and training materials.
**Stakeholder Collaboration:** Serve as the day-to-day enablement partner to PS GTM leadership. Collaborate with Instructional Designers to ensure content is engaging and role-appropriate across modalities (virtual instructor-led, on-demand, async). Manage multiple concurrent programs while acting as a bridge between Public Sector and other business units. Report on roadmap progress and program effectiveness to leadership.
Required qualifications: 4+ years in Sales Enablement, GTM Enablement, or related role; 2+ years program management experience with proven track record managing end-to-end program lifecycles; familiarity with federal/public sector sales environment including compliance, procurement cycles, and buyer context; proven collaboration with Sales Leaders and cross-functional stakeholders; ability to manage multiple high-priority programs; proficiency with AI tools and systems for process automation and learning personalization; excellent written and verbal communication.
Nice-to-haves: B2B sales methodology experience (MEDDICC, Challenger, Shipley); Sales Enablement Platform, Notion, or similar tool proficiency; background in AI, data, or technical services; instructional design familiarity.
