As Program Manager for Quality, you will lead quality assurance operations for designated accounts and projects across various human data domains. You'll own quality programs end-to-end: from initial planning and operational execution through final audit delivery and insights reporting. Key responsibilities include developing automated technical solutions to evaluate dataset quality, identifying root causes of issues, and creating systems to assess auditor and human data talent performance against quality standards.
You will manage a team of 30+ quality control specialists, hiring, coaching, and developing them to drive high-impact outcomes in customer engagements. You'll devise scalable solutions to operational challenges by going deep into project details when needed. Regular monitoring and reporting of quality metrics and KPIs will inform company operations and strategy.
