Greenhouse is seeking a Program Manager for Product & GTM Enablement to build and scale enablement programs that support Sales and Customer Success teams as they sell and support a fast-evolving product portfolio. This role owns the operational and curriculum backbone of GTM enablement: transforming product launches into repeatable training, managing logistics and communications for every rollout, and building systems that enable enablement to scale across multiple audiences.
You will partner closely with Product Marketing, Product, Sales, Customer Success, and RevOps, working directly with the leader of the Product + GTM Enablement team. The ideal candidate is an organized, AI-fluent learning designer who can turn ambiguity into actionable training for sales teams and own enablement programs end-to-end.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building and maintaining product curriculum (eLearning, live sessions, job aids, playbooks, FAQs) for product launches and ongoing releases
- Owning launch execution for GTM initiatives: timelines, session logistics, communications, invites, and follow-ups
- Maintaining systems that support enablement: tracking, reporting, scorecards, and AI knowledge agents; translating outputs into stakeholder insights
- Partnering on measurement: tracking completion, sentiment, and behavior-change signals to demonstrate enablement impact
- Managing additional projects and responsibilities as business needs require
You should be a structured operator who brings order to fast-moving launches; a strong curriculum designer who can translate product releases into clear, reusable enablement; a cross-functional collaborator comfortable coordinating without formal authority; an AI adopter who uses tools like Glean and Claude to automate manual work; biased toward action and iteration over perfection; and measurement-minded, caring whether training actually landed.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in enablement, program/project management, sales enablement, or related GTM operations role in tech
- Strong organizational and project management skills with a track record of running multiple launches or programs simultaneously
- Instructional design experience: you've built training, job aids, or curriculum that people actually used (direct GTM experience preferred)
- Strong writing skills with ability to translate product briefs into concise, field-ready language
- Proficiency with enablement tech stacks (LMS, conversation intelligence, CRM) and comfort using AI tools in day-to-day work
- Data-informed mindset, using completion and feedback data to prioritize work and improve programs
- Familiarity with AI-powered tools and good judgment about when to automate versus when human decision-making matters most
- Experience in recruiting or B2B SaaS industry is a plus
- Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
