Salary: USD 166,000 - 220,000 / annual

Anduril Industries is seeking a Program Manager to own a growing portfolio of government reference architecture programs. This is a high-impact individual contributor role requiring both architectural fluency and execution discipline. You will serve as the single point of ownership for assigned programs, partnering with engineering, contracts, and government stakeholders to maintain technical, cost, and schedule baselines while meeting commitments. Key responsibilities include end-to-end program ownership across multiple concurrent initiatives, financial management and budget tracking with defensible EAC/ETC forecasts, architectural fluency in open systems and MOSA standards, CDRL and contract deliverable management including submission schedules and compliance, direct customer relationship ownership as primary interface to government program offices, cross-functional collaboration with engineering, contracts, finance, and security teams, and proactive risk, issue, and change management. Required qualifications: 5+ years progressive program management experience on government or defense programs with direct ownership of cost, schedule, and technical performance; active US Secret clearance; systems engineering and/or software engineering experience; hands-on contract deliverable ownership and CDRL management; demonstrated ability leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships in high-pressure environments; proven track record as primary customer interface running program reviews and technical interchanges; budget and resource management experience with concurrent programs. Desired qualifications include ability to obtain Top Secret clearance, MOSA or open systems standards experience, IDIQ/OTA contract execution experience, broad DoD and defense acquisition process familiarity, demonstrated ability to grow scope over time, and Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
