Viz.ai is seeking an Oncology Program Manager to lead the execution and scaling of oncology care pathways across 2,000+ hospitals in the United States. This role combines clinical program management with operational discipline to ensure care pathway delivery from contract execution through sustained clinical adoption. You will own four key areas: **Care Pathway Execution:** Coordinate oncology care pathway delivery from contract through go-live, clinical activation, and sustained use. Develop tight processes for managing site-side dependencies including IT/EHR integration, IRB and research contracting, configuration, data validation, and clinical champion sign-off. Work with clinical sales and marketing to build per-site activation plans and maintain a pipeline that ensures consistent delivery even when individual accounts slip. Partner with Finance on milestone implications of go-live timing. **Clinician Onboarding & Adoption:** Design and deliver training for oncologists, urologists, APPs, navigators, and pharmacists at activating sites. Build reusable training assets (quick-start guides, role-based walkthroughs, refresher sessions) to accelerate adoption across sites. Monitor early usage post-go-live and intervene before disengagement, closing the loop with Product and Clinical AI on field issues. **Relationships & Clinical Voice:** Build trusted relationships with clinical champions, service line leaders, and administrators at community urology networks, academic cancer centers, and large IDNs. Serve as the site point of contact through activation and early adoption. Represent Viz at oncology and urology society meetings. Support Sales and Customer Success with clinically grounded answers in customer conversations and demos. Contribute clinical input into product direction in partnership with Product. **Oncology Program Management:** Establish a single source of truth for oncology site status, milestones, owners, blockers, and dates accessible across Sales, Finance, and R&D. Define clean interfaces, handoffs, and escalation paths across Clinical, Product, Engineering, Implementation, Sales, CS, Contracting, and Finance. Bring order to oncology communications with clear ownership of technical/product issues versus site-level engagement. Build reporting that leadership and partners actually need. Viz.ai is the #1 Healthcare AI Platform by hospitals and health systems (Black Book Research) and was the first company awarded CMS reimbursement for AI. The platform combines real-time multimodal clinical data with deep clinician engagement to detect disease earlier, coordinate care teams, and ensure patients receive the right treatment faster. The ideal candidate combines field credibility from care pathway experience with strong program management discipline and familiarity with AI-native, high-growth health tech environments. Success depends on close collaboration across Product, Sales, Customer Success, Implementation, and Finance. **Requirements:** - 5+ years in oncology or urology (clinical operations, care pathways, clinical program management, field medical, implementation, or customer-facing clinical roles) with fluency in how cancer care is delivered - Direct experience in community urology or community oncology settings, including how these practices and networks make decisions, buy, and adopt new workflow technology - Demonstrated multi-site, multi-stakeholder program or project management with hard deadlines - Experience at an AI-native or high-growth health technology company, comfortable with pace, ambiguity, and frequent replanning - Track record of getting clinical sites live and closing the gap between "technically live" and "clinicians are using it" - Strong clinical fluency and credibility with oncologists and urologists (clinical license not required) - Excellent written communication with bias toward surfacing risk early with a plan attached - Thrives in roles with broad surface area and limited established process; energized by building process **Bonus Qualifications:** - Experience supporting life sciences–sponsored clinical programs (IRB, research contracting, sponsor milestone reporting) - Familiarity with oncology/urology EHR and workflow systems (Epic Beacon, iKnowMed, OncoEMR, Athena) - Clinical licensure (RN, APP/PA/NP, pharmacist) or formal clinical training - Working knowledge of NCCN guidelines and how guideline updates propagate into clinical decision support - Experience with Salesforce, Monday.com, or comparable program and pipeline tracking tools
