Anduril Industries is seeking a Program Manager to join the Special Projects team within Air Defense's Mission Operations organization. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, operations, and technical execution for Anduril's rapidly scaling air defense business line, which develops and fields capabilities to detect and defeat UAS threats.
You will shepherd emerging proposals into successful programs for the business line's most strategic priorities. Key responsibilities include: partnering with capture, growth, and engineering leads to forecast resources and manage cost, schedule, and performance trade-offs; serving as a trusted consultant on international development opportunities and strategic engagements with foreign government officials; and providing flexible capacity as a cross-functional leader to own end-to-end initiatives that emerge as the company scales.
You will be the face of Anduril to end-users and customers, articulating product capabilities and limitations at both executive and layman's levels. You will communicate the "why" behind emerging air defense technology at the intersection of programmatic, financial, technical, and operational considerations. Expect to run at least two independent cross-functional projects within 60 days of hire.
