Okta is seeking a Program Manager for its ISV Ecosystem team, a strategic initiative focused on expanding SaaS integrations across Okta Workforce and Auth0 product lines. This is a high-visibility, cross-functional role reporting into the Products and Technology organization. You will lead end-to-end program governance for a C-level priority, defining operational rhythms, milestones, success metrics, and risk mitigation strategies. You'll scale program impact using sophisticated program management methodologies and frameworks, leveraging AI to enhance processes and drive efficiency. You'll own executive reporting and C-suite communications, evangelizing program vision and progress across the organization. Key responsibilities include orchestrating cross-functional meetings, defining clear agendas and objectives, documenting decisions, and driving stakeholder accountability. You'll perform ad-hoc strategic analyses and manage complex, high-stakes initiatives spanning product investments, marketing, technical enablement, and open standards development. You bring 6–8+ years in management consulting, business operations, or GTM/Product-centric roles. You have proven success managing complex cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced environments, with strong technical and financial acumen. You excel at distilling complex ideas for any audience, applying structure to ambiguous situations, and driving results across multiple workstreams with minimal supervision. You have a track record of building trusted relationships with cross-functional leaders, high EQ and IQ, and practical expertise in enterprise software and integrated technology products. A bachelor's degree is required. Preferred qualifications include experience collaborating with senior Product and Engineering leadership on C-level programs, direct GTM or Product Operations experience, deep knowledge of platform business models and enterprise security landscape, and a STEM or business-related degree.
