Stord is a rapidly growing commerce-enablement platform that powers seamless checkout through delivery for leading DTC and B2B brands. The company manages over $10 billion in commerce annually through its fulfillment, warehousing, transportation, and software suite (OMS, Pre/Post-Purchase, WMS). Stord is backed by top-tier investors including Kleiner Perkins, Franklin Templeton, and Salesforce Ventures, and is on track to double revenue in the next 18 months. The Program Manager, Internal Systems role is a high-ownership position responsible for owning cross-functional programs across internal tooling, IT, security systems, and vendor landscape. This is a day-one impact role reporting into the Internal Systems team with direct partnership across all company functions. Key responsibilities include: running programs that maintain Stord's system health through planning, execution, and reporting of cross-functional Internal Systems initiatives (tooling rollouts, system migrations, process redesigns); translating high-level integration goals into detailed project roadmaps, charters, RACIs, and workflows; identifying manual, repetitive work and replacing it with automation, workflows, and AI agents; maintaining the operating rhythm through recurring reviews, dashboards, and status communications; supporting compliance evidence processes and audit readiness; building the Internal Systems playbook with structure and standards; and partnering with cross-functional leaders to align priorities, remove roadblocks, and ensure executive visibility. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of program management experience at fast-growing technology companies, with a proven track record running cross-functional programs end-to-end. Required skills include hands-on experience coordinating integrations across modern software stacks, managing vendors and contract renewal cycles, an automation-first mindset (demonstrated use of scripts, no-code/low-code tools, or AI), and exceptional written and verbal communication abilities. The role demands obsessive attention to detail, high execution standards, and strong follow-through.
