As Program Manager II for GTM Operations, you will drive strategic, cross-functional go-to-market programs spanning multiple product lines to enable scalable multi-product selling motions and expansion into new verticals. You'll redesign and optimize frontline workflows within Salesforce and related systems to reduce technical debt, eliminate redundancy, and improve funnel conversion and operational efficiency. Key responsibilities include partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Systems Operations to align on GTM strategy, planning, and execution. You'll lead stakeholder alignment and change management across the GTM organization, ensuring initiatives are clearly communicated, operationalized effectively, and adopted by frontline teams. You'll deploy and scale AI-driven workflow solutions that improve frontline team productivity by embedding automation, intelligent insights, and tooling enhancements directly into day-to-day workflows. You'll build executive-ready analyses and KPI-driven recommendations that inform prioritization, performance tracking, and identification of high-leverage growth opportunities. Working with senior leadership, you'll define priorities, track business performance, and identify scalable levers for growth. You bring 4–6+ years of professional experience, including 2–3+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a related GTM function. You have experience in high-growth or startup environments, ideally supporting multi-product or multi-segment sales motions in a vertical SaaS setting. You have strong working knowledge of Salesforce, Sigma, and other GTM systems and analytics tools. You've implemented automation or AI-enabled workflow improvements that enhanced frontline productivity and led complex, cross-functional programs from strategy through execution, delivering measurable improvements in efficiency, productivity, or funnel conversion. You excel at translating business needs into scalable system and process enhancements, using data to diagnose root causes and influence leadership decisions with structured, executive-ready recommendations. You can succinctly articulate and simplify complex issues from the frontline to the boardroom and have successfully navigated ambiguity, competing priorities, and organizational change while maintaining forward momentum.
