Salary: USD 112,000 - 149,000 / annual
Anduril Industries is seeking a Program Manager for Ground Systems to lead day-to-day coordination and execution of program initiatives within the Connected Warfare division's Edge Compute and Communications (ECC) business line. This role focuses on the TITAN (Tactical Intelligence Targeting Access Node) program, a next-generation expeditionary intelligence ground station for Army ISR data processing.
You will lead cross-functional coordination across Anduril teams and subject matter experts, providing guidance and direction to program team members with emphasis on manufacturing, test, and supply chain execution. Key responsibilities include transitioning the product from prototype to Low-Rate Initial Production (LRIP) by tracking and facilitating technical backlog burn-down and process development. You'll develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and external partners while serving as Action Officer for special projects.
Additional duties include driving program communications standards across the team, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and policies, identifying and mitigating risks that impact program delivery, and continuously seeking process improvement opportunities. The role requires comfort working in resource-constrained, fast-moving environments with ambiguous requirements, and the ability to be adaptive, introspective, and willing to learn, teach, lead, and follow.
Required qualifications include experience in project and/or program management in production environments with electromechanical hardware, proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Project, and demonstrated ability to set and achieve goals in complex environments. Preferred qualifications include prior defense, tech, or consulting sector experience, government project management background, a STEM degree or equivalent, and experience managing products through multiple iterations and lifecycles.
