Qualia is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead high-stakes enterprise client engagements for their B2B real estate technology platform. This role orchestrates the entire post-sales lifecycle, ensuring seamless coordination between Professional Services, Implementation, Support, and Product Development teams.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading end-to-end execution of complex enterprise programs from kickoff through steady-state maturity
- Acting as the primary bridge between Professional Services, Implementation, Product, and Support teams
- Partnering with Product Management to align the product roadmap with strategic account needs
- Driving executive-level communication cadences with clients and internal leadership, providing data-backed reporting on program health
- Identifying and eliminating manual bottlenecks through AI tools (LLMs for documentation, automated project trackers, AI-driven meeting synthesis)
- Using AI-integrated project management platforms to forecast risks and resource constraints
- Continuously introducing new AI tools and workflows to enable scaling without linear headcount increases
- Building trust-based relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Flagging and resolving misalignments through thoughtful, collaborative solutions
Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of experience managing high-touch, multi-stakeholder enterprise programs with a track record of driving long-term success. Strong AI literacy is essential—you should be proficient with AI agents, automation platforms (Zapier/Make), and LLMs. Matrix leadership experience is critical, as you'll influence cross-functional teams without direct authority. Exceptional communication skills are required to synthesize complex project statuses into executive-ready insights. Experience in Real Estate, PropTech, or FinTech is a bonus.
