Okta is seeking a Program Manager for Delivery Innovation and Strategic Programs, reporting to the Sr. Manager of Business Architecture within the Global Professional Services and Delivery Success organization. This is a critical individual contributor role at the intersection of delivery excellence, partner enablement, and business intelligence.
The role focuses on driving better customer and partner outcomes by analyzing real-world professional services delivery, translating common implementation patterns into repeatable requirements, and creating standard delivery methodologies. You will bridge internal and external execution by packaging delivery frameworks into external playbooks, checklists, and blueprints that internal teams and service delivery partners can leverage for consistent execution.
Key responsibilities include:
**Delivery Methodology Codification & Scoping Standards**: Partner with Professional Services delivery and technical teams to identify repeatable implementation patterns and common customer use cases. Develop standardized, reusable scoping requirements, delivery templates, and execution blueprints focused on the operational "how" of delivery execution. Evaluate project delivery trends to identify gaps in execution assets and establish requirements for new delivery toolkits.
**Delivery Methodology Transformation & Partner Process Integration**: Translate complex internal delivery methodologies into structured, external-facing delivery playbooks, engagement blueprints, and project governance toolkits. Organize and maintain a central repository of delivery methodologies and process assets using tools like Highspot, Confluence, and Asana to ensure consistency across internal and partner-led projects.
**AI-Enabled Delivery & Enablement Innovation**: Explore, test, and implement generative AI tools and workflows to accelerate creation of delivery methodologies and partner playbooks. Identify opportunities to integrate AI solutions to help teams synthesize customer requirements, automate documentation, and speed up scoping and delivery cycles. Train partner delivery teams on utilizing AI-driven templates and methodology accelerators.
**Strategic Program Reporting & Impact Analytics**: Develop quantitative models to measure and report on the effectiveness, quality, and adoption of delivery methodologies and strategic program investments. Independently design, build, and maintain comprehensive analytics dashboards using Tableau and Salesforce to track delivery health and methodology adoption. Prepare quarterly delivery reports, program health scorecards, and data deep-dives for Global Services leadership.
The ideal candidate brings 3–5 years of program management, project management, or operational experience within technology or professional services environments, with strong analytical and communication skills.
