Anduril Industries, a defense technology company, is seeking a Program Manager for its Connected Warfare division to support U.S. Marine Corps (USMC) customers deploying Voyager Hardware systems. This role combines strategic account management with day-to-day operational oversight, requiring the successful candidate to serve as the primary point of contact for USMC programs focused on connected command and control capabilities. Strategic Responsibilities: You will establish and nurture strong relationships with military leadership, program offices, and operational end-users. You'll develop deep understanding of client mission objectives, operational environments, and strategic priorities to identify opportunities for Anduril's Voyager product line. You'll navigate complex government procurement processes, contracting mechanisms, and funding cycles to drive program execution and growth. You'll champion client needs internally, collaborating with Engineering, Product, and Integration teams to inform product roadmap and ensure timely solution delivery. Operational Responsibilities: You'll manage day-to-day communications, operational requests, and urgent support needs. You'll address client inquiries promptly, providing direct solutions or coordinating with technical support, engineering, and logistics teams for rapid issue resolution. You'll ensure clients receive timely updates on product enhancements and technical documentation. Growth & Adoption: You'll drive successful adoption and integration of Voyager products into USMC operations, demonstrating mission value and operational superiority. You'll identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts, including upselling new features, cross-selling adjacent technologies, and securing follow-on contracts. You'll develop comprehensive account plans, sales strategies, and proposals aligned with client requirements and Anduril's strategic objectives. You'll conduct technical demonstrations and presentations to diverse audiences from technical specialists to General Officers. Tactical Execution: You'll coordinate scheduling and logistics for demonstrations, training, and field support visits. You'll monitor operational status and usage data of deployed systems, proactively identifying improvement areas. You'll process client orders for upgrades, spare parts, and training. You'll facilitate contract renewals and prepare routine operational status reports and usage metrics. This role requires an active security clearance and combines account management, customer success, and strategic growth responsibilities within the defense technology sector.
