Anduril Industries, a defense technology company, is seeking a Program Manager for its Connected Warfare division to provide tactical and operational support for USMC customers deploying Anduril's Voyager Hardware. The role combines strategic client engagement, day-to-day account management, and solution adoption oversight. In this position, you will serve as the primary point of contact for USMC accounts, establishing and nurturing relationships with military leadership, program offices, and operational end-users. You will develop deep understanding of client mission objectives, operational environments, and strategic priorities to identify opportunities for Anduril's Voyager products. You will navigate complex government procurement processes, contracting mechanisms, and funding cycles to ensure successful program execution and growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing client communications, operational requests, and urgent support needs. You will address client inquiries promptly, coordinate with internal technical support and engineering teams for rapid issue resolution, and ensure clients receive timely updates on product enhancements and technical documentation. You will drive successful adoption and integration of Voyager products into USMC operations, demonstrating clear mission value and operational superiority. This includes identifying expansion opportunities within existing accounts, developing comprehensive account plans and sales strategies, and conducting technical demonstrations and briefings to diverse audiences from technical specialists to General Officers. Tactical execution responsibilities include coordinating logistics for product demonstrations and training sessions, monitoring operational status and usage data of deployed systems, processing client orders for upgrades and spare parts, and facilitating contract renewals. You will prepare routine operational status reports and usage metrics for clients and internal stakeholders. You will act as the liaison between client operational teams and Anduril's Engineering, Product, and Integration teams, championing client needs internally and informing product roadmap decisions. This role requires a unique blend of strategic thinking, technical aptitude, exceptional relationship-building skills, and commitment to national security. An active security clearance is required.
