Salary: USD 100,000 - 170,000 / annual
Meter builds infrastructure that enables modern businesses to source, compare, and install internet across thousands of locations globally. As Program Manager for Connect, you will own the customer-facing fulfillment experience, transforming what is traditionally a painful process into a frictionless, white-glove service.
You will build and execute the framework and processes needed to deliver diverse connectivity options at global scale. Your day-to-day involves coordinating between internal stakeholders (Customer Success, Operations, Engineering) and external partners (internet service providers, riser companies, property managers) to ensure efficient installations from single-location retail shops to international multi-location enterprise deployments.
Key responsibilities include:
- Partnering with fulfillment specialists to ensure installations are completed and customer-ready
- Identifying friction points in the installation process and coordinating solutions that improve efficiency and velocity
- Building playbooks for repeatable scenarios and standardizing circuit installation and validation processes
- Expanding international coverage while maintaining quality and speed
- Developing systems thinking to reduce customer touchpoints and enable scalable operations
- Driving continuous improvement across the fulfillment experience
