Datadog is seeking a Program Manager to lead community content and events across the EMEA region. You will be responsible for planning and executing technical programming for local and regional events, including Datadog Summits, DASH conference, meetups, and user groups. Your core responsibilities include tracking deadlines and deliverables for content and events (digital and physical assets), coordinating with vendors and procurement teams, identifying and resolving risks and blockers, and maintaining internal tools and public websites for event agendas and speaker content. You will own the onsite speaker experience for both internal and customer speakers, manage event programming logistics including rehearsals and staffing, and ensure smooth onsite operations. You'll collaborate closely with Community teams, external stakeholders, and the VP of Community to create and refine processes with a focus on continual improvement, automation, and scaling. Communication of goals, status, risks, and impact to teams and stakeholders is essential to ensure alignment and visibility across the organization.
