Cognite is a leader in industrial digitalization, AI, and data solutions. As a Co-Innovation Program Manager, you'll drive programs that transform emerging capabilities into production-ready products, working at the intersection of product development and real-world customer deployments.
You'll own end-to-end delivery of customer-partnered programs, managing scope, timelines, resources, and risks. Your role is to use production deployments as a proving ground—surfacing edge cases, integration challenges, and system gaps that harden the platform. You'll systematically translate field learnings into actionable product requirements in partnership with Product and Engineering leads.
Key responsibilities include orchestrating cross-functional teams (Engineers, Data Scientists, Designers, Product Managers) to align dependencies and clear roadblocks; defining and enforcing production readiness standards to ensure capabilities scale effectively before commercial release; and leading technical workshops with enterprise customers to validate high-leverage solutions.
You combine the instincts of a deployment strategist—analytical, curious, comfortable with ambiguity—with the rigor of a technical program manager. You'll need 5+ years in technical program management, solutions engineering, product management, or similar roles blending technical depth with delivery accountability. A degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field is required.
Experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives from concept through delivery is essential. You must navigate complex software architectures, data systems, and integration patterns. Industrial sector experience (energy, manufacturing, process industries) and understanding of operational workflows is highly valued.
