You will join as a Program Manager reporting to the Lead Program Manager, owning cross-functional business and partnership programs. This role is designed for someone in the earlier chapters of their program management career who wants meaningful ownership and autonomy from day one.
Key responsibilities include:
- Independently manage day-to-day execution of business and partnership programs across Product & Tech, Clinical, Operations, Go-to-Market, Legal & Compliance, Finance, and external health partners
- Own and drive workstreams across ongoing internal and external partner operations, launches, and implementations
- Determine priorities, sequence deliverables, and keep owners and timelines on track
- Serve as the day-to-day operational decision-maker for assigned partners
- Set check-in cadences, manage commitments, and hold partners accountable to SLAs and quality standards
- Exercise independent judgment on operational decisions while partnering with experienced program leadership on complex, strategic decisions
Modern Health is a fully remote, hyper-growth company with a culture centered on high empathy, high accountability, and a drive to win. The company requires overlapping hours; US-based team members outside Pacific time zone must work at least six hours between 8 am and 5 pm PT daily. Strong performers will grow toward leading Modern Health's largest, most strategic programs end-to-end.
