Join Twilio's Professional Services team as a Program Manager, responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive technology solutions through consulting engagements across Twilio's products and channels. You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout their implementation journey, guiding them through solution design, implementation, configuration, production monitoring, and best-practice adoption.
Your core responsibilities include setting, managing, and meeting customer expectations around scope, budget, and timeline to fulfill contractual obligations. You'll combine deep technical expertise with understanding of customer business objectives, acting as an extension of their team. This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on engagement—you'll advise on solution architecture, support implementation activities, and directly contribute to customer success.
Key responsibilities include: overseeing engagements across all stages of Twilio implementation; serving as the primary customer contact providing guidance on solution architecture, system configuration, and deployment strategies; leading teams of technical resources to architect solutions and configure systems; proactively analyzing customer usage patterns to identify optimization opportunities; and partnering with internal Professional Services teams on solution design and delivery.
You'll communicate across all organizational levels—from individual contributors to C-suite executives—ensuring clarity, momentum, and results. Success requires exceptional communication skills in person, virtually, and in writing. You'll stay ahead of industry trends, anticipate customer needs, and proactively set teams up for success. The role demands strategic alignment of customer engagements to business outcomes while driving platform adoption and revenue growth for Twilio.
