Ripple Treasury is seeking a Program Manager to lead the implementation of treasury and risk management platform solutions across the Americas. You will oversee program-level delivery across a portfolio of concurrent client implementations, serving as the senior point of contact for client executives and internal leadership. Key responsibilities include owning end-to-end program delivery across multiple concurrent Ripple Treasury implementations, ensuring coordinated progress across solutions, teams, and client partners. You will develop and maintain comprehensive program plans, resource allocations, risk logs, and executive-level reporting aligned with Ripple Treasury's delivery standards. You will identify and manage cross-project dependencies, risks, and customer concerns, driving issue resolution with urgency and ownership across internal and external teams. You will facilitate executive status updates, steering committee meetings, and post-implementation reviews with clients and internal leadership. You will partner with Project Managers on individual engagements, providing mentorship, quality oversight, and support for blocking issues. Collaboration across Product, Engineering, Consulting, Sales, and Customer Success is essential to align delivery execution with client objectives and company priorities. Additionally, you will champion program governance guidelines, change management, and continuous improvement across the delivery lifecycle, and contribute to PMO capability-building through playbook development, methodology refinement, and team mentoring as the practice scales. Required qualifications: 5+ years of program or project management experience, with at least 2 years managing enterprise-level SaaS or professional services implementations. You must demonstrate the ability to manage complex, multi-solution programs simultaneously with remote resources and global teams. Strong collaborator management skills are essential, with the ability to navigate and influence at all organizational levels. Experience working with Systems Integrators and global consulting firms is required. A solid understanding of treasury, cash management, or financial risk management processes is preferred, with experience in platforms like Ripple Treasury, GTreasury, Kyriba, or ION being a plus. You must be able to identify and drive resolution of program risks in fast-paced, client-facing environments, with outstanding communication skills and the ability to mentor junior PMs.
