Revivn is a profitable, rapidly growing company that repurposes end-of-life electronics and hardware, extending product lifecycles while making technology more affordable and accessible. The company partners with major enterprises like Instacart, Lyft, Qualtrics, X, Gensler, and Spotify to transform how organizations view used technology. The Program Manager role is based onsite at the Fresno, CA facility and will drive operational excellence through special projects, continuous improvement, and day-to-day program support. You will own special projects end-to-end—from scoping and planning through execution, measurement, and handoff—including facility-level initiatives such as layout changes, new program launches, equipment rollouts, and expansion projects. You'll build detailed project plans with clear milestones, owners, and timelines while keeping stakeholders aligned and anticipating risks before they impact operations. On the improvement side, you'll identify inefficiencies across the facility and design initiatives that lift throughput, quality, and safety. You'll partner with program leads to map current processes, find gaps, and implement better ways of working. You'll standardize and document what works by building playbooks, SOPs, and training materials, then measure impact against baseline performance and report results to facility leadership. You'll also assist in running core facility programs—Tech, Receiving, Repair, and others—stepping in to keep daily operations moving. This includes supporting program leads with staffing plans, workflow balancing, and production goals, serving as a flexible leader who can support across programs during peak periods or surges. You'll help onboard and train team members on processes and standards. The role requires tracking program and project performance through KPIs and dashboards, surfacing insights and recommending actions. You'll communicate progress, wins, and risks clearly to facility leadership and company stakeholders. Travel up to 50% during peak periods is required to support projects, launches, and best-practice sharing across the network. You should have 3+ years of experience in program, project, or operations management, ideally in warehousing, logistics, manufacturing, IT asset disposition (ITAD), or similar fast-paced operational environments. You'll need a proven track record leading cross-functional projects from scoping through delivery on time and on target, with experience driving process-improvement initiatives (lean, Six Sigma, or continuous-improvement methodologies a plus). Strong analytical skills, excellent communication, proficiency with Google Workspace and/or Microsoft 365, and comfort with project-management and inventory tools are essential.
