Moody's is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead global programs, change initiatives, and partner delivery models across the Customer Engagement PMO within the Banking line of business. This role drives operational excellence, AI enablement, and strategic execution at scale.
Key responsibilities include leading global programs and go-to-market initiatives, particularly client migrations from legacy to strategic platforms, ensuring consistent execution and alignment with strategic objectives. You will act as a change leader, defining clear change strategies, stakeholder engagement plans, communication cadences, and success metrics. The role involves owning and continuously improving standardized frameworks for campaign planning, execution, tracking, and reporting.
You will coordinate execution across programs, regions, and cross-functional teams to ensure strategic alignment, transparency, and timely delivery. Governance and oversight of partner-led and subcontractor-supported delivery models is critical, ensuring clarity of roles, accountability, and quality standards. A significant component involves promoting and leveraging AI-enabled tools and emerging technologies to enhance PMO workflows, reporting, and analysis, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
Additional responsibilities include administering and optimizing PMO tools and platforms, defining and tracking departmental effectiveness metrics, and reporting on operational health to CE leadership.
Required qualifications include 5+ years of program or project management, PMO operations, or business operations experience within technology, data, or services-driven organizations. You must demonstrate strong stakeholder management skills, exceptional client engagement abilities, and sound decision-making in fast-moving environments. Working knowledge of enterprise software platforms and digital tools is essential, along with proven change management experience. A forward-thinking mindset regarding AI-driven transformation and practical experience implementing AI solutions in business workflows is required. Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is required; advanced degree is a plus.
