HeartFlow is a publicly traded medical technology company (HTFL) pioneering AI-driven solutions for coronary artery disease diagnosis and management. The company's flagship product, HeartFlow FFR_CT Analysis, is a non-invasive cardiac test that provides 3D models of coronary arteries to help clinicians assess blood flow and identify stenoses. The product is cleared in the US, UK, Europe, Japan, and Canada, and has been used for over 500,000 patients worldwide. The Program Manager will serve as a key coordinator for cross-functional product development initiatives, managing multiple interconnected projects simultaneously. This role operates at the program level while maintaining visibility into individual project execution, requiring both tactical project management expertise and strategic business acumen. Key responsibilities include: serving as the point person for multiple cross-functional projects; leading detailed planning, coordination, execution, and delivery across teams; identifying and managing project dependencies to ensure early and continuous coordination; establishing and communicating comprehensive program plans; holding team members accountable with clear performance standards; introducing new initiatives to project teams; representing product development in regulatory audits and compliance demonstrations; and analyzing complex situations requiring evaluation of multiple variables. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years of experience in software and/or medical device industries, with strong preference for regulated SaaS or software-as-a-medical-device (SaMD) background. A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field is required; advanced degree preferred. The role demands exceptional meeting leadership, program planning, written and verbal communication, organizational skills, problem-solving ability, cross-functional influence, and process improvement mindset. The candidate must be comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and demonstrating initiative.
