Hadrian is building autonomous factories to reindustrialize America's defense and aerospace industrial base. The company combines AI, advanced software, robotics, and full-stack manufacturing to help aerospace and defense companies build rockets, satellites, aircraft, ships, and mission-critical systems up to 10x faster and at significantly lower cost. Following a $1.37B Series D at a $7.87B valuation, Hadrian is rapidly expanding manufacturing capabilities and scaling its Factory-as-a-Service platform. As Program Manager for Customer Deployments, you will scope, execute, and own high-impact customer programs and factory stand-ups that enable Hadrian's mission. You'll transform ambiguous customer problem sets into structured analyses, program strategies, and business cases that drive go/no-go decisions. You'll produce executive-ready deliverables including customer proposals, pricing analyses, execution plans, and schedules, and run these programs with direct P&L responsibility. Key responsibilities include: defining new programs alongside the CEO and senior leaders; running customer discovery, working meetings, and site visits; surfacing cost, schedule, and delivery risks early; owning factory and production-line stand-ups end-to-end (capital planning, equipment procurement, site readiness, workforce ramp); driving high-impact initiatives that accelerate growth; building quantitative models that turn operational and customer problems into roadmaps and ROI frameworks; connecting manufacturing performance data to business priorities; owning program financials (budget, cost-to-complete, margin forecasting); working with contracts, quality, and legal on contractual and regulatory obligations; driving execution across engineering, operations, supply chain, and software; standing up and scaling PMO systems (WBS, IMS, EVM); running operating rhythms with recurring reviews and milestone tracking; carrying programs from qualification through full-rate production; and building executive presentations and serving as primary point of contact for customer program offices. You'll work directly with the CEO and senior leaders, connecting shop-floor reality with executive priorities and government opportunities. The role requires seamlessly moving from C-suite conversations to ensuring operational execution across the organization. Required: 6+ years in management consulting, federal programs, manufacturing, or operations/strategy roles, ideally in aerospace, defense, or industrial environments. Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Operations, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred). U.S. person status required; ability to obtain and maintain security clearance is a plus. Willingness to travel 20–40% domestically to customer and manufacturing sites. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to build executive-grade materials independently. Direct aerospace and defense manufacturing experience (Primes, OEMs, Tier 1/2 suppliers, large industrial programs) is highly valued. Cross-functional experience across Operations, Finance, Engineering, Program Management, or Business teams is a plus.
