Salary: USD 60,000 - 70,000 / annual
Fooda is a workplace food platform that pioneered rotating popup restaurants inside offices. Operating in 60 cities with 100+ million meals served, the company partners with 1500+ restaurants to deliver unique food experiences at companies, hospitals, schools, and distribution centers.
As Program Manager, you'll lead day-to-day operations for Fooda's largest and most strategic client partnerships. You own a portfolio of locations and serve as the primary contact for client needs, ensuring proactive communication and high satisfaction. Key responsibilities include:
• Operational Performance: Monitor and optimize performance across your portfolio of locations, tracking key metrics and identifying trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
• Client Relationship Management: Serve as the dedicated point of contact, anticipating needs and delivering strategic value. Coordinate quarterly business reviews with internal and external stakeholders.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze usage reports, KPIs, and dashboards to inform account strategy and present recommendations to leadership.
• Growth & Expansion: Identify and coordinate upsell and expansion opportunities within client portfolios.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Sales, Restaurant Partnerships, and Market Operations teams to exceed client expectations and drive execution.
• Team Leadership: Hire, train, and manage dedicated onsite support staff, ensuring consistent performance and alignment with Fooda standards.
• Financial Management: Monitor account-level financial health, including receivables and payables, and resolve issues promptly.
• Process Improvement: Develop and refine scalable processes that drive operational success.
You'll work onsite in Warrenton, MO, Monday–Friday, 9 am–5 pm. This is a hands-on, highly visible role blending operational oversight, stakeholder coordination, and strategic insight.
Ideal candidates have 4–6 years in account management, operations, or multi-location client support (preferably in service, hospitality, or tech-enabled environments). You're proactive, data-driven, organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities. You have experience hiring and managing teams, strong communication skills, and thrive in cross-functional environments. Excel proficiency and comfort with internal tools are expected.
