Salary: USD 60,000 - 70,000 / annual
Fooda pioneered the rotating popup restaurant concept inside offices and now operates in 60 cities, having served over 100 million meals. The company operates a tech-enabled platform connecting 1500+ restaurants with workplace food programs across corporate offices, hospitals, schools, and distribution centers.
As Program Manager, you'll lead day-to-day operations for Fooda's largest and most strategic client partnerships. You own a portfolio of locations and serve as the primary contact for client needs, ensuring proactive communication and high satisfaction. Key responsibilities include:
- Manage operational performance across your portfolio of locations, monitoring key metrics and identifying trends, risks, and growth opportunities
- Serve as primary day-to-day contact for clients, ensuring timely execution and exceptional experience
- Coordinate and prepare Quarterly Business Reviews with internal and external stakeholders
- Analyze usage data and KPIs to inform strategic recommendations and drive account growth
- Identify and support upsell and expansion opportunities within client portfolios
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Restaurant Partnerships, and Market Operations teams
- Manage hiring, training, and oversight of dedicated onsite support staff at portfolio locations
- Develop and improve scalable processes for operational success
- Monitor account-level financial health, including receivables and payables
You'll work onsite in Tulsa, OK, Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm, 40 hours per week. This is a hands-on role blending operational oversight, stakeholder coordination, and data-driven decision-making.
Ideal candidates have 4-6 years of experience in account management, operations, or multi-location client support in service, hospitality, or tech-enabled environments. You're proactive, relationship-focused, highly data-driven, organized, and detail-oriented. You have experience managing and developing staff, strong communication skills, and thrive in cross-functional collaboration. Proficiency with Excel and internal tools is expected.
