As Program Manager, you will lead the planning and execution of complex, cross-functional strategic programs from scoping through launch. You'll partner closely with Leadership, Engineering, Product, Sales, Finance, and Operations to ensure initiatives align with business goals, stay on schedule, and remain within budget.
Key responsibilities include:
• Own end-to-end delivery of strategic programs, defining scopes, schedules, and deliverables in partnership with stakeholders while maintaining clear communication as plans evolve.
• Act as the connective tissue between multiple organizations, serving as the main point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders or vendors.
• Identify technical, financial, and operational risks early and build mitigation plans before they become blockers.
• Define KPIs that reflect program health and impact, reporting to leadership and using data to inform prioritization decisions.
• Lead rollouts of new tools, processes, and workflows with attention to adoption and minimal disruption, supporting end users through transitions.
• Partner with leadership to forecast resourcing needs and support headcount/capacity planning tied to roadmap execution.
• Stay current on program management best practices and SaaS industry trends, bringing in new tools or frameworks that improve execution.
You should have 5+ years managing complex, cross-functional programs in SaaS or enterprise software environments. Technical fluency is essential—you'll translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and vice versa. Proficiency with project management tools (Monday.com, Jira, Asana, Linear) and Agile/Scrum frameworks is required. Strong written and verbal communication, analytical mindset, and comfort with ambiguity are critical. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or Computer Science (or equivalent) and a relevant certification (PMP, Agile, Scrum Master) are expected.
Bonus experience includes working with enterprise or Big 4 customers, audit & accounting background, or prior experience in regulated/compliance-adjacent spaces (security, privacy, fintech).
