Cyera is seeking a Program Manager for Marketing to drive program and project management across the marketing organization. You'll partner with marketing leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure major initiatives—product launches, integrated campaigns, strategic events—run on time and deliver measurable outcomes. Key responsibilities include serving as the primary program manager for the marketing organization, providing project management support across Product Marketing, Integrated Campaigns, Strategic Events, and other functions. You'll own end-to-end program management of product launches from planning through execution and post-launch reviews, driving continuous improvement of the New Product Introduction (NPI) process. You'll track and report on launch status, milestones, risks, and outcomes to keep leadership informed, facilitate cross-functional meetings to ensure clear ownership and decisions, and manage timelines and dependencies across multiple concurrent high-priority launches. You'll establish and maintain consistent project management processes, templates, and tools across the marketing organization, identify efficiency gaps, and implement scalable systems. You'll maintain the marketing team's project management tool to ensure accurate tracking and real-time visibility, and ensure marketing work aligns with overarching organizational goals and priorities. Required qualifications include 2+ years of program management experience for a marketing team (preferably in high-growth environments), proven ability to project/program manage high-priority initiatives in fast-paced settings with a track record of hitting deadlines under shifting priorities, experience working with cross-functional stakeholders, strong organizational and project management skills, excellent verbal and written communication, comfort with project management tools like Asana, and ability to synthesize complex information into clear plans and status updates. Preferred qualifications include product marketing experience or close collaboration with product marketing teams, familiarity with product launch frameworks and NPI processes, experience building marketing operating rhythms (roadmaps, planning cycles, OKR/KPI tracking), and experience preparing executive-level project status updates. This is a hybrid role based in the New York office (with flexibility for St. Louis or Chicago). The position offers competitive salary, unlimited PTO, paid holidays and sick time, health/vision/dental benefits, remote work flexibility with office setup reimbursement, and potential merit increases based on performance.
