AcuityMD is a software and data platform that accelerates access to medical technologies, helping MedTech companies understand product usage, customer variation, and opportunities for physicians to improve patient care. The company is backed by top-tier VCs (Benchmark, Redpoint, ICONIQ Growth, Ajax Health) and is scaling rapidly as a high-growth AI and data company. As Program Manager, you will oversee implementation journeys for AcuityMD's largest, most strategic enterprise and strategic-segment customers. These are complex organizations with sophisticated technology portfolios and demanding technical requirements. You'll be the central orchestrator ensuring a world-class experience throughout their implementation and expansion phases. Key responsibilities include: leading end-to-end implementation programs for enterprise customers; partnering with account executives and solutions engineers to scope, price, and position implementation and integration services; understanding customers' existing technology stacks and AI roadmaps to develop joint transformation plans; managing platform setup, configuration, and testing; coordinating internal and external resources to handle scope and schedule changes; providing strategic support to account executives and customer success teams; managing integrations with customer CRM, ERP, and data lake systems; serving as an escalation point for customer issues; and helping establish Professional Services as a revenue-generating function with positive margins. You'll also be a builder—developing and refining enterprise and strategic implementation playbooks—and a bar raiser, setting new standards for excellence and deepening the team's healthcare and medtech industry knowledge. Required: Bachelor's degree (healthcare administration, science, or engineering preferred); 10+ years customer-facing experience; 5+ years leading large-scale customer implementation programs in complex, technical environments; strong leadership and project management skills; documented history of building strategic relationships with stakeholders at all levels; startup experience preferred.
