Paytm is India's leading financial services company offering full-stack payments and financial solutions to consumers, merchants, and online platforms. The company is building India's largest digital lending ecosystem and seeks a Senior Manager for Program Management focused on Lending EMI (Equated Monthly Installment) schemes.
In this role, you will own the complete lifecycle of EMI lending schemes—from design and launch through monitoring, optimization, and sunset. You will be responsible for scheme architecture including tenure structures, ROI/subvention models, eligibility criteria, ticket sizes, and product/partner constructs. Your work will ensure schemes are commercially sound, operationally executable, compliant with credit policy and regulatory requirements, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Design and manage EMI schemes across all parameters (tenure, ROI/subvention, eligibility, ticket size, product/partner constructs)
- Own the complete scheme lifecycle from ideation through business case development, approvals, launch, performance monitoring, and refresh/sunset decisions
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Credit, Finance, and lending partners on scheme design and go-to-market strategy
- Analyze scheme performance metrics including volume, conversion rates, margin, risk indicators, and partner ROI; recommend optimization changes
- Maintain comprehensive scheme inventory, version control, regulatory circulars, communications, and audit-ready documentation
- Ensure all schemes comply with credit policy, regulatory/compliance requirements, and commercial guardrails
- Coordinate with Technology and Operations teams to enable correct system implementation and process execution
- Conduct scheme performance reviews with leadership and drive course corrections
- Support competitive benchmarking and ideate new schemes for growth segments
