Claru, a business line within Reka AI, is building the data infrastructure layer for physical and embodied AI. The company operates a two-sided marketplace connecting frontier AI labs and robotics companies (buyers with research problems and budgets) with contributors and partner businesses (supply-side data providers). Claru achieved zero to seven figures ARR in under six months with a five-person team.
As Program Lead, you will own end-to-end marketplace operations and program management. Your core responsibilities include: translating open-ended research needs from frontier labs into scoped, standardized programs with clear timelines and economics; managing direct relationships with sophisticated buyers from initial discovery through delivery; building and activating the supply side (recruiting, retaining contributors and partner businesses) in new geographies and industries where supply doesn't yet exist; identifying and removing blockers across specs, tooling, people, and partnerships; and serving as product manager for the platform team, using field evidence to drive roadmap priorities.
You'll operate with significant autonomy and scope. Days are unstructured and reactive—managing live programs (ensuring quality, chasing inactive sites), handling mid-program specification changes with cost/timeline/volume trade-offs, and conducting discovery calls with new research teams. You'll build leverage through automation, agents, and playbooks to reduce friction as programs scale.
The role requires early-stage marketplace operating experience (building flywheels from zero in new territories or verticals where both supply and demand had to be created). You must be AI-native: comfortable with agents, automation-first thinking, and systems-based scaling over headcount growth. Prior experience as a founder, early-stage operator, or business operations lead in high-growth startups is strongly preferred. You need structured problem-solving under pressure, numeracy (building models, finding economic breaks), and credibility across both research leads and operational teams. Exposure to AI labs or training data pipelines is a bonus.
