Salary: USD 85,000 - 90,000 / annual
SenseSational Learning Group, a BCBA-owned neurodiversity-affirming ABA practice, is seeking a Program Development & Innovation Specialist to build clinical systems and resources that elevate the entire team. This is a hybrid clinical + innovation role based in Lansing, Michigan, with additional hiring locations in Okemos, Mason, Charlotte, and Eaton Rapids.
The company specializes in Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Interventions (NDBI) and play-based, child-led care. They are growing a collaborative Hub space in Okemos for community, mentorship, and social group programming beyond 1:1 sessions.
In this role, you will carry a manageable caseload of 25 billable hours per week while designing and refining clinical protocols, assessment tools, and program resources used company-wide. You'll build training materials and structured pathways for BCBA and RBT clinical growth, mentor and supervise individuals pursuing their BCBA/BCaBA credential (including supervised fieldwork hours), and partner with leadership to identify gaps in clinical resources and pilot solutions. You'll also stay current on NDBI research and translate it into usable, practice-ready tools for the team.

REQUIREMENTS:
- BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB (required)
- Michigan state licensure (required)
- Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field (required)
- Track record or strong interest in building things — curricula, training systems, protocols — not just following them
- Genuine interest in mentoring newer clinicians and BCBA/BCaBA candidates
- Strong foundation in NDBI and natural environment teaching
- Comfort holding both clinical caseload work and behind-the-scenes development work in the same week
