Kasa is a tech-enabled hospitality platform that manages multifamily and boutique hotel properties. As a Program Associate in the Hospitality Programs department, you'll operationalize projects that keep Kasa's operations running smoothly and improving.
You'll work as a generalist across a wide range of initiatives: overhauling standard operating procedures, project managing launches alongside cross-functional teams, and scoping product and tooling improvements with engineering. Change management is central to this role—you'll own rollouts, adoption, and follow-through for every project you touch.
Key responsibilities include:
**Operations Projects**: Execute assigned operational projects end-to-end from kickoff through rollout and adoption. Rewrite and overhaul SOPs to ensure clarity and compliance. Help scope product and internal tooling improvements by translating operational pain points into clear requirements. Leverage AI to automate documentation health checks and develop solutions that improve workflows for on-site teams.
**Change Management**: Identify affected stakeholders, train them on changes, and verify adoption post-launch. Act as a bridge between on-the-ground realities and program-level strategy, surfacing what's working and what isn't. Flag problems early rather than waiting for visible delays.
**Data & Measurement**: Define success criteria before projects start and set clear measurement frameworks. Track outcomes and deliver retrospectives to inform future work. Use operational data to prioritize initiatives, build the case for changes, and demonstrate impact.
You're organized, proactive in communication, and data-forward. You write regular updates so stakeholders understand project status, direction, and decisions already made. You document clearly, communicate consistently, and honestly assess what worked, what didn't, and what to do differently next time.
While remote, occasional travel to Kasa properties is necessary for implementing solutions, testing changes, and working on-site. You'll work closely with program leads, portfolio teams, and Product across the organization.
