LogicGate is seeking a Professional Services Manager to own complex customer engagements end-to-end for its AI-powered GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) platform. In this individual contributor role, you will lead process discovery, architect advanced Risk Cloud solutions, and serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers translating business objectives into scalable platform workflows.
Key responsibilities include: conducting deep-dive discovery sessions with customer stakeholders to define requirements and deliver documented business outcomes; building sophisticated, non-standard Risk Cloud workflows and data models for complex enterprise GRC use cases; leveraging AI-assisted workflows to accelerate configuration timelines and optimize process mapping; autonomously managing project scope, timelines, and deliverables while proactively identifying and mitigating risks to customer health; applying deep domain expertise in enterprise risk management, compliance frameworks, third-party risk, and audit to guide customer strategy; identifying early value realization opportunities to establish momentum and prove platform ROI; partnering with Customer Success, Sales, and Product teams to ensure seamless handoffs and drive portfolio expansion; and mentoring junior consultants while contributing to internal playbooks and best practices.
You will bring 5+ years of professional services, SaaS consulting, or enterprise implementation experience in B2B SaaS environments, with a proven track record of independently managing complex customer projects. Advanced technical and solution architecture skills are essential—you must demonstrate the ability to master complex software platforms and build custom configurations for enterprise clients. You should be AI-literate and enthusiastic about leveraging emerging technologies to optimize workflows. Executive presence and superior stakeholder management skills are critical, including experience facilitating discovery sessions with C-level risk leaders and navigating organizational change. You operate autonomously, own scope end-to-end, and thrive at the intersection of enterprise risk advisory, advanced SaaS platform configuration, and emerging AI technologies.
