Cyberhaven is seeking a Professional Services Engineer to deliver technical solutions and implementation services for its data security platform. You will work directly with enterprise clients to understand their technical requirements, oversee product implementation and configuration, and ensure successful integration within their existing environments. Key responsibilities include managing the full implementation lifecycle of Cyberhaven's endpoint security and data loss prevention (DLP) solution; collaborating with clients to diagnose technical issues and design customized dataset and policy solutions; performing log file analysis and advanced troubleshooting to resolve complex problems; delivering technical training to end users; and serving as the primary point of contact for client escalations and post-implementation reviews. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, support, and project management to deliver high-quality solutions on schedule. The role requires staying current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and product advancements to provide strategic guidance and best practices to clients. Required qualifications: 3+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer, Delivery Manager, or Professional Services professional in endpoint security and DLP solutions. Proven track record delivering complex technical solutions, preferably with experience supporting DLP products from vendors like Forcepoint, Symantec, McAfee, Fortra, Trend Micro, Check Point, or Proofpoint. Deep technical background with hands-on SaaS security and endpoint agent support experience; software debugging skills; knowledge of web technologies, APIs, and data integration; understanding of system architecture and network protocols; practical knowledge of macOS (MDM, app management, terminal) and Windows (SCCM, GPO, Intune, PowerShell, registry) ecosystems; and familiarity with Google Cloud Platform. You should have excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong project management abilities, knowledge of system software design (services, drivers, agents), and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent industry certifications. Must be based in the greater Mexico City area.
