AlayaCare is a fast-growing SaaS platform transforming home healthcare delivery. The Professional Services Consultant role is a customer-facing position responsible for leading successful implementations and projects for US-based home care providers.
You will lead project teams through all phases of customer implementations—from requirements gathering and workflow design through configuration, testing, and user training. You'll serve as a trusted advisor to customers, applying deep expertise in the AlayaCare platform and home care industry best practices. Key responsibilities include managing complex internal and external engagements, supporting digital transformation across home care operations, and partnering with Account Managers to ensure smooth customer transitions.
You will develop and deliver data-driven consulting recommendations, create customer testing and training plans, and identify new professional services opportunities with existing customers. You'll also mentor Implementation Specialists, contribute to the development of repeatable service offerings, and maintain compliance with internal processes.
The role requires 5+ years of relevant professional experience, a Bachelor's degree, and 3+ years in SaaS consulting and/or healthcare implementations. You need 2+ years leading complex cross-functional engagements, strong communication skills with customer leadership, and the ability to articulate complex project problems clearly. Deep expertise in the AlayaCare platform or relevant functional areas is required.
While remote-based in the US, the role involves approximately 10-15% travel to visit customers on-site and occasional weekend work for go-live implementations. You must be authorized to work in and physically located in the United States.
