Ripple is seeking a Professional Services Consultant (German-speaking) to serve as a trusted advisor and digital architect for clients implementing Ripple's SaaS treasury and risk management solutions. This role bridges innovative technology with client financial objectives, focusing on customized implementations that enhance treasury operations.
Key responsibilities include leading discovery sessions to identify client pain points and technical requirements; designing and documenting optimal platform configurations aligned with client goals; acting as a subject matter expert on treasury best practices; hands-on platform configuration and setup; facilitating training sessions to maximize client ROI; and collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to influence product roadmap development.
The ideal candidate brings 3+ years of client-facing solution consulting or software implementation experience, particularly in ERP or SaaS environments. Required skills include a consultative mindset, technical competence in complex software ecosystems and data flows between treasury systems and ERPs, outstanding communication abilities that translate technical concepts into accessible financial language, and expertise in treasury domains such as cash management, payments, risk, or hedge accounting. Financial proficiency with experience in Corporate Treasury, Accounting, or Finance is essential, along with fluency in both English and German (additional languages a plus).
