AlayaCare is a fast-growing SaaS platform transforming home healthcare delivery. The Professional Services Consultant role is customer-facing and critical to the growth of the professional services organization. You will lead the successful delivery and execution of implementations and projects for public sector, non-profit, and private customers across Canada.
Key responsibilities include leading project teams through requirements gathering, workflow design, configuration, reporting, testing, and user training. You will serve as a trusted advisor to customers, addressing issues and escalating scope/timeline/budget concerns to the Project Manager. You'll support customers through digital transformation across home care operations and partner with Account Managers to ensure smooth transitions during the stabilization phase.
You will contribute to developing repeatable professional services offerings, deliver data-driven consulting recommendations based on industry best practices, and execute defined engagements. Responsibilities include developing customer testing and training plans, identifying new professional services opportunities with existing customers, and collaborating with senior team members on proposals. You'll provide ongoing coaching to Implementation Specialists and maintain compliance with internal processes.
Required qualifications: 5+ years of relevant professional experience, Bachelor's degree, 3+ years in SaaS consulting and/or healthcare implementations, and 2+ years leading complex internal and external engagements with functional and cross-functional teams. You must demonstrate passion for understanding customer business goals, communicate effectively with customer leadership, and recognize/articulate complex project problems. Deep expertise in the AlayaCare platform and/or relevant functional areas is essential. Bilingualism in French and English is an asset. Willingness to travel and work weekends for go-lives is required.
