Nutanix is seeking a Professional Services Consultant to serve as a key technical resource for enterprise and public-sector customers in Taiwan. This hybrid role combines solution design, hands-on implementation, migration, technical escalation management, customer advisory, and post-delivery technical guidance.
You will deliver Professional Services engagements across hyperconverged infrastructure, enterprise virtualization, and production Kubernetes environments. Key responsibilities include leading customer workshops to capture requirements, creating design and implementation documentation, designing and deploying production Kubernetes platforms, managing technical escalations, and providing operational guidance. You will support Nutanix environments across virtualization, storage, networking, data protection, lifecycle management, and hybrid cloud integration.
The role requires deep hands-on expertise in hyperconverged infrastructure (HCI), virtualization platforms (Nutanix AHV, VMware vSphere, KVM, Hyper-V), and production Kubernetes, including cluster deployment, networking (CNI), persistent storage (CSI), RBAC/security, Helm, Ingress/Gateway APIs, observability, and lifecycle operations. You will troubleshoot complex issues across infrastructure layers and independently lead customer discussions, design reviews, and implementation activities.
You will work closely with regional services leaders, project managers, support teams, engineering teams, partners, and sales teams. The role may require travel to customer sites in Taiwan and occasional overseas travel for internal meetings, training, or regional project support. Experience with AI/ML infrastructure, GPU-enabled platforms, and public cloud or hybrid cloud environments is highly preferred.
Minimum qualifications include 5+ years as a consultant, architect, or senior engineer in HCI, virtualization, Kubernetes, cloud, storage, or enterprise datacenter infrastructure, with demonstrated hands-on delivery experience in both enterprise infrastructure and Kubernetes environments. You should have strong understanding of datacenter infrastructure (compute, storage, networking, security, availability, operations), experience designing enterprise infrastructure solutions (multi-site, high availability, disaster recovery, workload migration), and expertise in storage technologies (SAN, NAS, file, block, object storage, distributed storage, Kubernetes persistent storage).
