As a Professional Services Consultant, you will be a customer-facing technical delivery specialist responsible for implementing Delinea's identity and privilege access management solutions. You will lead customers through software implementations using Delinea's delivery methodology, configure and customize product solutions to meet customer requirements, and serve as a trusted technical advisor throughout the engagement lifecycle.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading customers through implementation projects while maintaining utilization targets and delivering on project milestones
- Configuring Delinea products (Secret Server, Privilege Manager, Server Suite, Privilege Access Service) aligned with customer Privilege Identity and Privilege Access requirements
- Becoming a subject matter expert on the Delinea product line and PAM solutions
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships, including interactions with C-level executives (CTO, CIO, CISO)
- Collaborating with Solutions Architects and cross-functional teams to scope requirements, design solutions, and implement deployments
- Producing technical deliverables including architectural plans, configuration documentation, scripts, and implementation guides
- Working independently to prioritize work and align efforts with organizational and customer success goals
This is a remote position with occasional travel to conferences and headquarters. You will report to a Professional Services Delivery Manager.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronic or Computer Engineering, or comparable field experience
- Proven experience in a technical delivery consulting or professional services role
- Strong hands-on experience with Windows Server, Active Directory Administration, and UNIX/Linux Administration
- Experience configuring and administering cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Working knowledge of MFA providers and technologies (Azure MFA, RSA/SecureID, Ping, OATH, OTPs)
- Deep understanding of software, computer, network infrastructure, and security fundamentals as they pertain to Privilege Access Management (PAM)
- Strong organizational and technical project management skills
- Self-starter mentality with commitment to staying current with software market trends and technologies
- Ability to thrive in team-oriented environments
PLUS (preferred):
- Administrative experience with Delinea products (Secret Server, Privilege Manager, Server Suite, Privilege Access Service)
- Experience administering PAM tools like CyberArk, BeyondTrust, HashiCorp, or Okta
- Windows Workstation endpoint management and administration experience
- PowerShell scripting skills
- MS SQL or PostgreSQL experience
- RabbitMQ experience
