LogicGate is the leading AI-powered GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) platform for enterprises. As a Professional Services Associate, you will support bespoke customer engagements delivering custom Risk Cloud configurations, tailored GRC workflows, and technical deliverables that help customers maximize their investment from day one.
You will develop deep hands-on expertise in the Risk Cloud platform while building domain knowledge in governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks. Key responsibilities include:
• Application & Workflow Configuration: Build Risk Cloud configurations and custom application workflows based on documented customer requirements and project plans, developing deep platform expertise.
• Project Accountability: Track and log project time accurately across engagements, proactively communicating progress, blockers, and status updates to internal stakeholders.
• Customer Interaction & Documentation: Participate in and lead customer-facing working sessions alongside senior team members, capturing precise requirements and producing clean configuration documentation.
• AI & Workflow Efficiency: Utilize modern AI tools and automated utilities to streamline documentation, summarize meeting notes, and accelerate task execution.
• Continuous Skill Development: Complete assigned platform certifications and functional training modules to advance technical proficiency within the Professional Services career track.
Required qualifications include 2+ years of experience in professional services, technical implementation, SaaS support, or consulting (or relevant degree with demonstrated interest in enterprise SaaS and risk management). You must demonstrate high attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication skills, technical aptitude with curiosity to develop deep platform expertise, and comfort utilizing AI-assisted tools. Willingness to travel for customer on-sites and team workshops is essential. This is a hybrid role based in Chicago or Seattle with flexibility for customer engagement travel.
