DailyPay is a worktech company transforming on-demand pay solutions for America's top employers. As a Professional Services Associate based in Belfast, you'll be part of a dynamic, hybrid team supporting client implementations and integrations.
Your primary responsibilities include quality assurance for client launches and configuration changes, onboarding new populations for existing clients, and launching small-to-medium enterprise (xSME) clients through streamlined integration processes. You'll conduct thorough reviews to optimize client and user experience, identify process gaps, and support data collection for client reviews. Working cross-functionally with Implementation Managers, Technical Engagement Analysts, and Implementations Control Analysts, you'll develop expertise in DailyPay's product, backend processes, and data analytics.
Key responsibilities:
- Launch xSME clients through streamlined implementation processes
- Monitor and escalate errors for new client launches and existing client changes
- Develop expertise in product configuration and backend processes
- Identify process gaps and opportunities for automation
- Support client integration changes involving location and pay code additions
- Leverage data analytics and QA insights to examine client issues and systemic problems
You bring strong analytical abilities, excellent project management skills, and meticulous attention to detail. You can prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously while communicating effectively across cross-functional teams. A bachelor's degree or relevant experience in operational, technical, or real-time monitoring environments is required.
