Anduril Industries is a defense technology company transforming U.S. and allied military capabilities through advanced technology. The Anduril Rocket Motor Systems (ARMS) team is building next-generation solid rocket motors with a mission to become a large-volume provider of tactical rocket motors, establishing a reputation for quality and reliability.
In this Production Scheduler role, you will manage the daily, weekly, and monthly destructive test schedules for the ARMS program. Your core responsibilities include:
• Building and maintaining test schedules based on Production, Engineering, and Program Management requirements, balancing test area and asset availability, test article readiness, and capacity constraints.
• Converting production schedules, Program Management directives, and Engineering test requirements into executable, trackable test schedules. You will release test work orders and confirm clear-to-build (CTB) status for engineering articles ahead of each scheduled event.
• Working daily with Engineering, Program Management, Procurement, and the Test team to sequence destructive testing against internal demand and program milestones.
• Coordinating with cross-functional teams on test article delivery, hardware shortages, and long-lead consumables that gate scheduled test events.
• Maintaining scheduling visibility in ERP/MRP systems and the Test Schedule across the organization. You will perform KPI reporting and attainment tracking.
• Demonstrating a proactive, continuous-improvement mindset in pursuing scheduling enhancements.
This is a hands-on operations role requiring strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to balance competing priorities across multiple stakeholder groups in a fast-paced defense manufacturing environment.
