Salary: USD 86,000 - 114,000 / annual

Anduril Industries is seeking a Production Scheduler to join its manufacturing team in Santa Ana, California. This role is central to planning, coordinating, and managing the flow of advanced defense technology products through the production process. You will provide both tactical scheduling and strategic long-range planning expertise to production teams. Key responsibilities include coordinating and creating integrated master schedules, ensuring MRP systems reflect actual production, and utilizing tools like Foundry to schedule work and allocate resources efficiently. You will prepare daily work schedules, track progress, update critical path schedules, and advise leadership on needed adjustments. The role requires performing schedule baseline change control, critical path analysis, and variance analysis. You will coordinate with planning, engineering, inspection, testing, and supply chain teams to eliminate obstacles and deliver products on time. You will lead root-cause analysis efforts, identify process improvements for yield, quality, safety, and cost, and explore automation opportunities. Additionally, you will organize and communicate daily priorities to production coordinators and team leads, provide visibility through daily, weekly, and monthly status reports, develop metrics linking production to enterprise goals, and lead the creation of scheduling tools and initiatives to support Anduril's scheduling maturation. Required qualifications include a bachelor's degree or 3 years of manufacturing scheduling experience, and U.S. Person status due to access to export-controlled information. Preferred qualifications include 2+ years with MS Project or similar software, 4+ years with ERP/MRP systems, familiarity with Lean Six Sigma and Kaizen, PMP certification, and availability for extended hours and weekends.
