Salary: USD 146,000 - 194,000 / annual
Anduril Industries is seeking a Production Program Manager to join the Counter Intrusion business line. This role serves as a builder-operator within a high-volume, security-intensive manufacturing environment, working cross-functionally with engineering, supply chain, operations, quality, program management, growth, and leadership teams.
You will drive the successful execution of production programs, translating prototypes into scalable production while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. Your responsibilities include:
• Strategic Problem Solving: Lead internal strike teams to identify, analyze, and resolve complex operational, manufacturing, and business process issues that impede product maturity and scalability.
• Budget & Cost Control: Monitor project budgets, track progress, and identify solutions to enable successful transition to full-scale production.
• Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular updates to internal teams and leadership on project status, risks, and solutions.
• Resource Management: Ensure appropriate allocation of materials, labor, and equipment to meet production readiness goals.
• Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks and roadblocks impacting project timelines or operational readiness.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate between engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, program management, growth, quality, and leadership teams to align pre-production efforts with business objectives.
This role is critical in driving efficiency and operational excellence while contributing to the advancement of U.S. and allied military capabilities through cutting-edge defense technology.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or related technical field
• 5+ years of experience in operations program management, business operations, or engineering/technical roles, preferably in defense, aerospace, or complex hardware industries
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain management, and production workflows
• Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Lean, TPS, Six Sigma, or similar)
• Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Gantt Charts)
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. security clearance
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Experience launching new products with condensed timelines
• Technical background with data-driven mindset and ability to communicate with engineering and product teams

• Strong team collaboration skills with humility and clear understanding of impact
