Anduril Industries is a defense technology company transforming U.S. and allied military capabilities through advanced technology. The Voyager team is an engineering and design division specializing in innovative computing and communications solutions for the network edge, integrating enterprise networking capabilities with purpose-built hardware and software platforms designed for stringent environmental requirements.
The Production Program Manager will drive the operational cadence of the Voyager production business, which delivers products to third-party customers and other Anduril business lines. This is a cross-functional role requiring strong analytical skills, advanced Excel proficiency, ERP experience, and willingness to leverage AI tooling.
Key responsibilities include:
**Operational Execution & Planning:**
- Work with the Production Manager to manage the operational cadence, ensuring key meetings, reporting cycles, and deliverables are completed on time
- Gather, collate, and report production schedule requirements in collaboration with cross-functional teams (Supply Chain, Quality, NPI, Logistics, Production Engineers)
- Create execution plans that translate high-level business objectives into concrete, structured objectives for the production team
- Aggregate and analyze complex operational and production data from various sources to identify performance issues and bottlenecks
- Build and maintain spreadsheets, dashboards, and financial/operational models to track KPIs and support decision-making
**Stakeholder Management & Communication:**
- Act as a cross-functional liaison connecting key stakeholders including manager, DivOps, the 1P team, VP, and the production floor
- Translate complex data and production updates into concise, actionable insights for stakeholders at all organizational levels
- Proactively identify and unblock bottlenecks before they impact delivery
**Requirements:**
- 3+ years of experience in production planning, supply chain operations, or related field
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data visualization)
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar) is a plus
- Familiarity with AI tools for productivity enhancement is valued
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or related field; or MSc in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Data Analytics
