Anduril Industries, a defense technology company, is seeking a Production Program Manager to drive the manufacturing ramp and operational excellence of command and control systems for U.S. and Allied military forces. This role sits within the CW division and serves as a critical builder-operator bridging engineering, supply chain, operations, finance, and executive leadership. You will own the transition to production readiness, focusing on process optimization, design for manufacturability (DFM), supply chain stability, and cost efficiency. Key responsibilities include: acting as an internal strike team leader to diagnose and resolve complex operational and manufacturing challenges; driving continuous improvement initiatives aligned with cost-of-goods-sold (COGS) objectives; monitoring project budgets and tracking progress against financial targets; developing data-driven reporting systems for KPIs, OKRs, and project status; serving as production's point of contact for new product information (NPI) and product changes; and leading high-priority cross-functional initiatives that span engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, quality, and finance. Success requires the ability to execute with precision in ambiguous environments, optimize processes for scalability and efficiency, and build agile production management frameworks. You will work with rapidly scaling production volumes to meet customer demand, ensuring systems are designed not only for performance but also for manufacturability, reliability, and cost-effectiveness. The role begins with a 3-month training period at Santa Ana, CA, then transitions to Ashville, OH. Expect up to 50% travel during production handoff phases.
